Insurance
Renters must provide proof of Special Event Liability insurance in an amount not less than 2 million dollars per occurrence
Special Event Liability Insurance may be purchased through your insurance broker, or online through sites like https://duuo.ca/
Jennifer Bell must be added as an additional insured in relation to the operations and activities of your event.
If liquor is being served, the insurance certificate should state that liquor liability is included.
Catering
We do not offer food service so outside catering is welcome. We do not currently have food prep facilities so catering must be fully prepared before arrival. Food trucks welcome. Please contact us for info on companies that we recommend:
Alcohol
Renters are responsible for providing liquor and obtaining the necessary licence and/or permits.
Bartending service may be available at additional cost.
Decor Service
Basic decor is included in some packages and includes string lights, vases and decor items, and a basic backdrop for the head table. Additional decor service, including locally grown flowers, may be available at an extra cost.
Booking
We will hold your booking for a 72 hour period. A signed contract and deposit is required within the 72 hours to secure the date. If a signed contract and/or deposit payment is not submitted, we will open the date to another event.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the date and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation and non-transferrable. Final and full payment must be made no less than 7 days prior to the event.
